Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Hovian. We strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please review our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our customer support team at support@hovian.shop

If the order has not yet entered processing or production, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Orders Already in Processing

Once an order has entered the processing, production, or fulfillment stage, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, the order will be completed and shipped to the customer.

Customized or Personalized Items

Orders for customized, personalized, made-to-order, or special-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun. These items are specifically created for the customer and are therefore non-cancellable after processing starts.

Shipped Orders

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may be eligible to return it in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Refund Processing

Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution and payment provider.

Fraud Prevention

Hovian reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests, suspend transactions, or take additional verification measures in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or abuse of our policies.
